Social Aid Center - Father Simon El-Zind Foundation was established in May 2007. Since its launch, it has continually expanded, welcoming more people each day.
The center also offers patient beds, wheelchairs, and other medical supplies. Our partners include a number of associations, clinics, organizations, and companies both inside and outside Lebanon.

Our association is importing medical equipment from abroad (mainly Europe) . In these regards donations will be offset against /
- Shipment cost
- Customs duties
- Seaport formalities and charges.
In addition to above we have :
- Running cost for our Facilities
- To get spares for repairing (beds , wheelchair ...)
- To pay repair cost at local agents for Oxygen machine , Electric Motors.
No , medical equipment shall be kept at patient home as long as needed . Nevertheless, we always request returning equipment the soonest it becomes obsolete .
From other side , for a severe oxygen obstruction case we ask the patient to get his personnel Oxygen machine . Our machines are not designed for 24-hour operation and should be used for a transition time (as recovery period after medical operation).

Due to the increase in needs and in order to secure the return of Equipment , sometime we ask for money deposit. This deposit amount will be reimbursed to the Patient soon Equipment is returned to the center.
No rent , no cost , no charges is required against any equipment .
