Nature is a source of healing and wisdom, where silence and solitude allow for deep reflection. By immersing ourselves in nature, we align with God, fostering inner peace, and a deeper understanding of our place in the universe.

Jesus loved the mountain: He withdrew there to pray; from there He gave the law of the Kingdom of Heaven, which consists of the Beatitudes; He was transfigured there to anticipate His Passion; He carried His cross and ascended to be crucified on the summit.

Social Aid Center

The Social Aid Center - Simon El-Zind Foundation was established in May 2007. Since its launch, it has continually expanded, welcoming more people each day.

Every year, it provides millions of dollars' worth of medicines, particularly cancer treatments. The center also offers patient beds, wheelchairs, and other medical supplies. Our partners include a number of associations, clinics, organizations, and companies both inside and outside Lebanon.

  • 2:30 PM – Gathering at “Tent of the Covenant” starting point of DarbEssama, Jounieh – Behind Platea, near the complex Al-Sahel ,  Haret Sakher Side
  • 3:00 PM – Departure of the pilgrimage
  • 6:00 PM – Divine Mass at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes (beneath the Basilica) – Harissa


Transportation will be provided back to the starting point after the end of the Mass.
